You can view our Events Calendar above. The day of an event, members please note that the grounds are reserved and regular membership training is suspended. 

All participants, observers and attendees of an event are required to sign an Event Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement in order to be on the property. Clubs/organizations are responsible for enforcing this at all times during their events.

Please verify by email that the dates for your event are not already reserved prior to completing the Event Agreement below. 

We will provide you a unique Event Waiver link for you to distribute for your event as well as 2 laminated QR codes.
